It looks like Common Primrose, Oenothera biennis http://wildflower.org/plants/result.php?id_plant=OEBI
Does it open in the evening?
It could also be Oenothera rhombepetala http://wildflower.org/plants/result.php?id_plant=OERH
Are the petals pointed?
