My jade plant-help with

I have had this jade plant for 3 years and it is about 14" tall. It had been doing wonderful until 3 days ago. The leaves are starting to drop like flies. It is in the same window in the same conditions that it has always been. PLEASE help me figure out what is wrong. I don't see any bugs or can't think of anything I have done different.

I email you this morning real early about the snack trade. I told you it had been sent out and that I was sorry I didn't get someone to mail it for me earlier. No, I haven't go mine yet.
