You should read more about the re-greening disease mentioned in this link. You might be better off making the drive to a reputable nursery and asking them to order one for you. Nurseries in Austin and parts south often carry Meyer lemons.

I've heard good things about John Panzerella. I think this is his nursery, but am not sure whether he ships. One person who might know is jujubetexas. He has a huge variety of fruit including citrus. Why don't you send him D-mail and ask him for information
