How long do I wait for a trade?

To make a long story short:

I sent my package of seeds to trader and he received it on Feb. 23. He said he would try to get my seeds to together. He was involved in other trading.
After d-mailing him several times, he responded on March 12, saying he was busy at work, etc. Now is it May and still nothing. I d-mailed several time in April and got no response. I don't understand why he is ignoring my request (he is an active member here and on other sites).
What should I do?

I think you've been plenty patient. Has everyone else in his other trades received their items?

I don't trade much, but I have never had that problem.
Who knows what the problem might be? To save yourself some aggravation you might just think of it as if you sent him a gift, and forget about it.

Isn't there some rating /feedback for trades? I would check that and then decide if you want to push or just "write it off"
