Okinawa Spinach

San Marcos, TX(Zone 8b)

Deep shade edible perennial groundcover.
It is bitter until you steam or cook it.
I will probably be perennial in zone 8b and up.

That's great !
How tall is it?
How much does it spread?
Invasive?

I think it is supposed to be comparable to purple Wandering Jew.
I just planted mine this spring and it is really doing great.
It spreads underground and you should only grow by cuttings or roots.
The seeds turn out with a poor variety.

Central Texas, TX(Zone 8b)

Neat looking plant.
