I'm going crazy as I have big beautiful plants everywhere (over 50 varieties) but I can't remember when the buds/blooms start coming. Some of my costus are blooming that were in the greenhouse over winter and a handful of my kaempherias as well. Does anyone remember when there's started blooming?
When do your gingers start blooming?
The Globba, around mid June, Hidden - Curcuma usually start around the end of July for me. Hedychiums, mid to late August along with the Spiral Costus.
Se my globbas are just poking out hmmm strange! Do they bloom really fast after coming back up? I have had a handful of curcuma ornata bloom beautifully this year already and my kaempheria rotunda also bloomed but thats it

I have the Yellow and Pink and White .. but the white one, White Dragon hasn't come up yet .. I'm afraid I may have lost it this winter.

my hedychiums just opened yesterday. these orange will usually flower at least one more time before winter.
Are these Disney? The only ones I have that are blooming still are my peacocks and also my costus that were overwintered in the greenhouse. Are these in a greenhouse?
No idea the name, I don t even remember where I got them. I have had them about 5 yrs. They are all outside.
I'm pretty sure they're "Disney" they're beautiful I hope mine start blooming soon!
