Got a name for your garden, or will that come later?

You have to start somewhere! Looks like you're off to a good start.

What kind of soil do you have there in Frisco? ( Hopefully you'll get some good rains to make the digging easier if it is a clay type.)

Fauther- no name as all the outdoor areas are my domain.
stephanie- Trying!
Ladypearl- Limestone and silt which makes digging nearly impossible at times.

Let me know if you are looking for edible landscaping. I can make a few suggestions but I need to know what you are wanting esthetically first.

Nothing edible in either of these beds as I am going for a semi N. American native perennial look but not 100%. All of my edible beds are nearly complete and just watching them slowly fill on in. Thanks for your offer though.

In Alabama we lived up on a ridge that was sand and rocks. Gardening there was not easy either so I can sympathize with you Perk. Best of luck!
