Best Red Grapefruit?

Does anyone have experience with the different Texas varieties? Our home is located in a grapefruit orchard and we are looking to replace a couple dead trees with something better than our pink grapefruit.

I can't decide whether to get 'Ruby Red' or 'Rio Red'

I heard that the Henderson/Ray varieties are used a lot in Texas production as well but I don't see a vendor that has them available.

I have a Ruby Red up here in Rockport and it is so sweet that a sprinkle of salt makes it even better . I love it .
