Nearly everything in my yard is up now except for my Illinois bundleflower and cherokee bean. I poked around at the "stumps" (or whatever it is called on perennials) that are left from last year and they are still green underneath the bark, but just not doing much. Does anyone know if these typically come up late?

Yes, they do come up late, mine are up but you are further north and they might have more shade than mine.
