Please help with ID

Can some tell what this is, if anything? I must have planted it because its on each side of the porch.
It come back every year for the last three or four years, but never bloom.

The other one with the round leaves look so familiar.

Could the round leaf one be Holly Hock?

I don't know the first one, it looks a type of salvia, and yes the second one is hollyhock .

Thanks Guys you are right, it is a Hollyhock. ... and it is growing underneath the shrubs, I hope it takes to transplant. :)
