CLOSED: Looking 4 Crassula o. Jadeplant, Brug Peony + others 2 trade

High Desert, NV(Zone 5a)

Hello I am looking for a 1" or so diameter x 4" + tall branch of Crassula ovata. I would like to grow a bonsai (ish) plant similar to this one pictured. The cutting doesn't need to be branched, I am just looking for something that already has a decent caliper "trunk" on it.

I have tons of seeds to trade: Ask if you are looking for something specific

Some possible trade plants being Brugmansia (unnamed peach-ish pink)
Several Peonies
Several Iris

Thanks,
Melissa

Hey Melissa. I think I have what you're looking for. Is okay if it is branched?

Hey Clive ;)

Fancy meeting you here! Branched is even better, I just didn't want to be too picky. lol I had a huge jade plant years ago in CA growing outside, but it was too big to move when we came here.

I ended up ordering more Jazzberry Jam than I needed (can never turn down a 2 for 1 offer) do you have that one?

No, I don't have that one but that's not a very even trade. lol.

Same here on the Jade in CA. They grew so large out there. I had a couple in pots that I could no longer move they got so heavy. I like that "bonsai" look Jade. :)

I haven't received the plants yet and the price was very good... Maybe too good.
They might be little plug sized bare roots. lol

According to the nursery they should be here next Thursday. I'll take a pic when they come and you can decide if you'd like one.

Do you grow peonies? They are my first obsession, but the brief flowering period goes by so fast. I'm looking forward to a longer blooming obsession :)

What a generous offer. Well, still, even if it's small, a hardy hibiscus is a hardy hibiscus ... and one of my all-time faves. ^_^

I like peonies but not as much as some other things. I have a couple. They do well here.

Heck, I was just going to ask for an Iris that isn't blue or purple or a combination of blue and purple. lol.

Hopefully we'll be surprised and they'll be HUGE! lol

It would be fun to take pics later on and see what size / color / etc. differences we get living in such very different climates.

Yes, I agree. On both counts. :)
