Does anyone have seed to this plant? The Citronella plant or Mosquito plants are said to work really well and I would love to get a few of these since mosquitos are so bad here. Since they are in the geranium family they shouldn't be to hard to grow.

Citronella plant Seed?
I have never seen seeds for this plant. (Not saying they don't exist... just saying I personally have not come across any.)
However, this plant should be relatively easy to find at local nurseries. I have seen them on occasion for cheap at Lowes, Home Depot and even WalMart.
Or if you know anyone who has a plant you can ask for a few cuttings. They ship relatively well, so you could even check the "have list" and see who has some.

You are correct about them being easy to grow, I have had previoussuccess both indoor and out.
Hope you find one. :)
Thanks for the info, I have never seen seed either but I thought I would ask. Maybe someone might seen some. I have seen them at alll the places you named but I didn't think they were cheap. So Ill keep trying....
Thanks again..

Bought one at Home Depot about a month ago. $9.99
Have no idea how to propagate / seeds but will keep you in mind. Label also called it "Lemon Geranium". Seems to be growing well.
I started a 2nd on just by rooting a cutting never seen seeds on my plants

Say, have you found this plant yet? I have several small cuttings of this plant that are probably rooted by now. I even have more than one "citronella" geranium plant, different flowers. They should grow good in Texas, they do well here in CA. I could send you a few priority mail. They might even fit in the small priority box.

I have many of these plants right now. I bought a couple at a Nursery in Tennessee and have started the rest from cuttings. They were not hard to root and seem to be thriving here. Thanks all for the comments and for trying to help me get these.
