Hopefully these photos are good enough for an ID. The first one is kind of shaky however every time the bird settles down and I get ready for a photo it decides to fly to another part of the tree. This evening I saw it several times in the tree with what looked like a worm in its beak. I would imagine it has a nest somewhere in the tree though I'm not sure what to look for. There are several holes where limbs have been cut off and appears that woodpeckers have opened up the holes quite a bit. The first one is blurry but does show the pattern on it's back. The 2nd shows some of the pattern and the yellow beak.
