I started on the heirloom veggie forum and was kindly directed here. I thought it would be interesting to grow some new-to-me squash this year and ordered up some Zucca Tardiva di Napoli (among others). I thought I would grow this on a trellis next to some Zuchetta Tromba d'Albenga, which I have grown before. However, I found some information indicating that this squash can grow up to 40 lbs. Have any of you grown this squash before and, if so, how big did it get? Do I need to move this to the pumpkin patch?
