Very pretty. Love tillandsias too.
While they love humidity, they also like moving air and not having their feet wet. Just be carefull to not overwater.

Yes, they need water, but have to dry upside down so the water doesn't rot the middle. Each plant is different also. The thinner ones need water more often.
How about these tillandsia usneoides flowers (aka Spanish Moss)? Tiny aren't they? You could barely see them in the trees, they blended so well.
Second photo is of a few new ones, I tend to move them around the garden and leave them wherever they look good that day.

Looking for someone who would send me a priority mail boxful to fill out my wreath. They are settling down along the sides and nothing on the top. I would pay, of course. I think the $10.00 box would be enough.
