Steadycam,
I'd adore to have an Esperanza, Yellow bells. Would you be interested in aged horse manure? If so, I know where you can get all the aged horse manure you want, and I don't have to truck it all the way to Hempstead, Tx!
We can stage a weekend "poo" run, whenever you're ready!
I just made a "boo" run last weekend (bamboo!)
Linda

Everyone is welcome to select their own manure at the farm when we meet, just bring something to put it in, I have plenty of shovels and forks. For years I used horse manure in my tomatoes and I still think it is the best fertilizer that there is.

Cam, I can bring you several! :)
I'll get back to you if I even want any trades at this point - I sure won't miss a few ratibida from the yard!
Anyone have moss verbena or prairie verbena to trade?
Cam, I also have plenty of the Plains Verbena in my yard. Just let me know how many you'd like! :)
A few, Cary. Whatever you have time for. Thanks!
I have some bunnytail grass coming up in cute little clumps if anyone is interested.
I'll take some, Joy. Ive never grown that before. Can it take the heat?
does anyone have winecup they might share?
We have tons of poppy mallow, Callirhoe involucrata, which some call wine cup near the front gate. I will try and dig one up for you.
They are positively gorgeous,
Joy
Thanks Joy. Is there a plant you are pining for?
I'd like to add that I'll be going to the annual Wildflower Center plant sale on the 13th. They have a fairly large list of natives and naturalized plants. If there is something rare but interesting that you'd like, let me know and I'll pick one up for you. For instance, I have a fairly specific list I want that will be at the sale - mock orange, manfreda, Hill Country Penstemon, Snapdragon Vine (Roving Sailor), several monardas and both native clematis.
Here's the list of what they'll have. Just shoot me a dmail if there's anything you can't live without! :)

Marty, my Duranta isn't coming up anywhere. Guess the drought got it. Have you got any of the colors?
Joy
I have the purple flowered erecta and the white flowered erecta. want both? They are cuttings rooting since January.
Caryana, I could not find the prices on the plants for sale. Can you tell me where to look? I have some things I want.
Could I have a cutting of each? Thanks.
I would like to know as well Carey, there were a couple things I was desiring.
Joy
The prices vary by the size of the container and which group is selling.. If I remember from last year, The 4" containers were running around $1-$2. I think the most expensive things were the more established trees ($60?) and extremely rare items($25 for an 8"?) I think I spent about $12 last year and left with 6 plants. I will most definitely spend more this year because I have a much better idea what I'm looking for and what I want.
The prices are really reasonable as they want people to go native. :)
Found a price list.; http://wildflower.org/plantsale/
Do you have paypal, Careyanna?

I will have:
1 Alocasia x portora
4 colocasia illustrus (3 are mere babies - but they'll grow just fine)
Also a few giant calla lilies. They were on clearance last fall and I'm just now dividing them. They were marked as "hercules". They do not have the white spots on the leaves, though. I also bought some bulbs on ebay that were supposed to be "hercules" - they are just now coming up, but no white spots. . . Anyway, some calla lilies, if anyone wants them.
Marked for:
Trishann: 1 alocasia x portora 1 illustrus and calla lilies

The brom pup with the red bloom? I would love that. I would also love to find some cuttings for cane begonias, if anyone has any.
I have several brugmansia plants if anyone has a specific named variety they want, or even a color.

Steadycam, if you still need Golden Shrimp, I can put a cutting in some soil and hopefully, it'll root. And I'd like a redbud, maybe? I know I'd find something lovely to trade for :) Janet
Bariolio, If you can take 2-3 cuttings the morning of the meet and just bring them to me in a jar of water. I can probably root them. And thanks so much for the offer. I 'll be glad to bring you a young redbud tree.
Peony, I have angel wing cane begonias with an orange bloom. I'll bring you some. Cam
Thanks, Cam. Is there anything I can bring you?
Steadycam3,
You got any of those Orange Angel wing Begonias to spare? Just a couple. I can take care of them and get more down the line from those.
Linda
I'm bringing a bunch of gardening "stuff" like peat pots, and pellets, and other garden-related items I bought/acquired that I will not have any use for in the future. Swap stuff!
Gotcha down, GG for begonia I may only have one for you but I'll try for two.
One is good!
Linda, did you have any Momotoro seeds left from this years planting? If so, could you bring me 5 or 6 seeds?
