That sure looks like it, Resin. I noticed from your pic in birdfiles - you've seen this one before. :-)
Yep, they occur over here too, except a different subspecies – the ones here have a white rump, yours have a brown rump. Sooner or later they'll get split as separate species (it hasn't happened yet, I checked!), and then I'll have Eurasian Whimbrel and you'll have Hudsonian Whimbrel.

Separate subspecies at the moment, but evidence which suggests they may be better treated as separate species is being evaluated. When the split will be made officially I don't know.
