German pancakes???????Can anyone make them?????

When I was a young girl we lived in an apartment above an elderly german couple. several times a week the lady of that family would bring us her german pancakes hot off the griddle. they were very thin and rolled with fruit filling inside. Does any one know haow to make these. They were delicious and I would like tomake them for my family.
