Oh Rainier cherries are so good.

Mmm I know, I think part of the reason they are my favorite is because I can only have them for such a short time a year. :)

I'll agree with the Rainier cherries....I never look at the price....just grab the bags!

Last summer was the first I had of the cherries, will look for them again.

Never had that particular one. Will have to look for them now.

There should be a warning at the top of this thread that says. Don't read unless you have just eaten. :-)

My Gram used to grow yellow cherries....she called them Queen Anne's....my Mom always canned them for the winter.....now when I see them fresh, it's a real treat......

Yup my grandmother had a huge yellow cherry tree. I think they were Rainier. The tree was so big it was hard to get many from it. I have a self pollinating one that's similar in my yard but I lost all the cherries last year. I do always buy them at the market when I see the though.

I'm good thank you, but I am feeling pretty uncomfortable already! I am having a boy this time. : ) Due in May so stil aways to go. I'm worrying about how I'm going to get all my spring gardening done! :)

Don't worry about the gardens, they'll survive neglect, believe me...mine did 2 summers in a row due to wedding prep!

How exciting, Meredith! The girls will love a brother......my GDs spoil their younger brother .....they also try to make all his decisions for him, too!

I'm due May 23rd but I was 9 days early with both my girls. So we'll see what happens. I really want t o have a nice veggie garden this year! :)

Hit the 14th ^_^ Was my Dads B-Day and it mine and DH Anniversary.

Or Mothers Day. That would be nice.

My nephew's wife is due the day after Mother's Day, hubby's b-day is the 21st, my sister's is the 20th

May is just a nice month to have a baby.....you can put him out to nap while you garden!
