Hi, If you didnt allready know we had a big flood in oregon and we are starting from scratch! We are looking for flowers veggies seeds small trees, plants grass seed anything that can be used to salvage our small town. I will be coordinating this project since we live in a retirement comunity and most cant do to much and others just need the seeds and will be of and running. I would love to get a few cactus type flowers as my neighbor lost her whole collection that she has had for 30 years+. The only thing that we have between us are listed on my trade list and also we have gathered some tomatoes and peppers that we would be glad to share. We will be more thank happy to pay the postage via stamps or paypal and be greatful to do so!

Well im in oregon and it has quit freezing and changed to alot of rain! I feel so greety as I have choose about 25 different kinds and would love anything extra that you could spare as we are redoing the whole city but the parks and churches and retirement homes first. Please dont feel bad I amasking to much just let me know.do you have a want list? maybe I could go buy something to make up for your generosity. I also have alot of mixed exotic poppies that I can send you. and of course the clump of the bletilla. If this is ok with you I will send out right away as soon as I get your address! Aslo I cant wait to see the plants!! That way we might be able to trade for a few to brighten up the days of our retirement/nursing care home

I'm thinking she's a good candidate for mail fraud:
MAIL FRAUD
18 U.S.C. 1341, makes it a Federal crime or offense for anyone to use the United States mails in carrying out a scheme to defraud.
A person can be found guilty of that offense only if all of the following facts are proved: First: That the person knowingly and willfully devised a scheme to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false pretenses, representations or promises; and Second: That the person used the United States Postal Service by mailing, or by causing to be mailed, some matter or thing for the purpose of executing the scheme to defraud.
I suspected it was her, thats why I did not offer to send her any seeds.
The two addresses she's using are right around the corner from each other.
There are many names "it" goes by and I say that because am not sure it is a woman and this person has been tracked for over 5 years on many scams including postage, cash, rare seeds and plants from many different online groups and many different people. The last amount listed against this person is over $2000 dollars est. in plants,seeds, postage and cash. This now would be a case for the FBI for fraud and it would help that Daves would get involved enough to give up the IP numbers and lodge a complaint then others that have been scammed can get involved. Not that they would probably ever get their money back BUT it would help to get this person accountable. Also the mental condition of this person feels the NEED to contact me so many times to "let me know that she is still around" which is harassment, and i did lodge a complaint with Dave's about that. Also this person places false orders from me here at Dave's. Sellers beware and check on the membership of these people that order! You can be sure that this person is watching these posts (it's ego) so limit what you say please. It would be best to send e-mails. This is a very low person that has broken trust from many,especially newbes and lonely people just looking to make garden friends.
The mayor and sheriff of her hometown have been contacted and are aware of what she is doing.
