Probably Swamp Sparrow, but I'd prefer to see it from other angles before committing myself

thank you resin, these are the only two shots I could get. I was told on the trail it may be a swamp sparrow but I was hoping to hear it from someone else.
I agree that the field marks look like Swamp Sparrow, and the habitat looks right.
