Saw this bird in Santa Ana Wildlife Refuge near Pharr, TX today. It was less than a mile from the Rio Grande. Like a dummy, I left my Sibley's at home and I'm not keen on warblers. Not a great pic, but the white eyes, yellow crown and wingbars should be good fieldmarks. Resin, somebody?
I haven't had much time down here, haven't been on DG, but have some pics on my Flickr stream, just search for 'reddirpics'.

think White-eyed Vireo
Thanks, Donna. I agree. I've only seen a couple of these and none recently. Checked images online and it's the bird.
reddirtretiree, I'm glad to see they let you come across the border (the Texas/Oklahoma, that is):) Have fun down there! I wish I was there, too.
You definitely have a White-eyed Vireo.
If you need to pick up an extra field guide, I suggest the Crossley ID Guide, if you don't already have one. It's a spectacular book.
