Calla lily seeds

So.App.Mtns., United States(Zone 5b)

I have ONE pod of calla lily seeds that I had overlooked, and found today when I dug my bulbs for the winter. Any takers? I'd guess there are 30 plus seeds in the pod, and they will be either yellow or pink callas.

Make me an offer if you are interested, as my trade list is NOT up to date, LOL.

Darius, Did you get my note about receiving the cally lily seeds. They came the day after I e-mailed that they weren't here yet. Do I do anything besides just leave them out to dry? That one was the biggest thing I've ever seen. Thanks again, Pam

Thanks, everyone. Seeds are now taken.

Pam: (Catlady) I haven't a clue what to do with the seeds. This is the first year I have had these seeds.

I did some search online, and it looks like the best germination rate is to plant them now in a greenhouse.... which I do not have. Otherwise, I'd probably have kept my seeds. Good Luck. Please let me know what works, so we can add it to the database.

Darius, I decided to pull the pods apart and found the seeds inside. I don't have a greenhouse either but do have a sunny window, think I'll try some there. I'll keep you posted. Pam

Pam (catlady)... Sorry, I should have said seeds were still in the pod. PLEASE do keep me posted (via email, please) as to how they do. I would have loved to start more for myself but have no room in a sunny window this year.
