Hi,
I was wondering where the best places to buy broccoli/cabbage/cauliflower transplants for this spring planting. I would also like to know if anyone has experience growing these from bare root vs plugs . I looked into Evans farms here in GA for bare root, but they have horrible reviews. I am late starting my transplants this year and need around 2000 broccoli, etc. to get in the field. I normally start them in 1x1 trays and transplant from there, but have no experience with bare root, except for tomatoes. I was also wondering how long it would take for the 512 cell plug trays from someone like Raker, to grow to transplant size after transplanting in larger containers.
