SC..selling flower seeds

I was considering selling my own packs of flower seeds in my little shop, when I get it opened. Has anyone ever sold seeds in SC?...All I can find are AG regs on seed sales......but reading all that law stuff gets confusing.

I would call Vicki Bertonelli and ask, she is the horticultural extension agent for Richland, Lexingon and Aiken counties. The phone numbers are in the phone book under Clemson.
