This may just be a small Coopers. It is noticeably smaller than the Cooper's that I've been seeing. Its tail looks more square and its head seems smaller, but I can't be sure. Eye is yellow, but seems both imm. Coop and Sharp have yellow eyes. Small Coop or Sharp-shinned?
Cooper's for me, the legs are too thick and the bill too heavy for Sharp-shin
