Mixing organic rose food with conventional systemic food

This year I plan to improve my rose soil by using various organic compounds (eg. Dr Earth, EB Stone, etc). At the same time I am also considering using Bayer 3 in 1 systemic rose food (all in one - fertilizer, disease and insect control). Will the systemic product (because it contains an insecticide and fungicide) counteract or destroy the beneficial microbes created using the organic compounds? Has anyone used this combination before?
