"Preserving the Harvest" class at LE CORDON BLEU in Dallas
Ooooh- wish I could go !!!
Wish I could cook!
A few years back I tried talking my boss into letting me have 3 days off a week, for 7 months to attend the school here in San Diego. Unfortunately, it was a big no. That dream was squashed fairly quickly. Now I'm a wannabe chef in my own mind, experimenting when time permits. Maybe in a year or 2 I will have enough power/money over my boss. Part time or not at all :)

You can also attend the classes in San Francisco.
It seems that the MasterChef program is the same in all Le Cordon Bleu schools in the USA.
