This is an image from a Facebook posting of an inspirational quote. I wonder if the bird is a real bird, and if so, what is it? I don't have any details at all, just this picture. Thanks.

Sure is a real bird. That's a European Robin. Related to neither the American Robin nor the Robins of Australia.
