Sorry the contact info does not have to be personal information! She can write from Dave's Garden. Just a very general location. It's just to prove she didn't make up the info.
Resin,
I truly appreciate your help with my project!
Brooke.
There are a lot of cats loose here too. A lady in this area is feeding over 15 cats, near an abandonned building in town, plus she's feeding some at her home too. Someone has put poison to kill some of the one, she has been feeding, in town.
My SIL has cats showing up at her place all the time. Sometimes she thinks, they are being dropped off there, on purpose. They have killed birds, red squirrels and mice.
She had some put to sleep.
She has 2 cats of her own, that she found. They were still babies 4-5 mths old. The 5 mths old was pregnant, when she got it spayed.
In winter they are house cats, In Summer she has them tied up outside for short period of time.
In my yard I have seen at least 5 cats, most belongs to neighbors. Some years ago I found a three or four mths old sick baby on my back deck. I took him in and cared for it had him fixed, and made him a house cat
I have seen them killed birds and mice, and I found many dead moles on the lawn. I saw one chase a Chipmunk around too.
Solution: have them neutred or spayed. They have a longer lifespan if kept inside.
Hi Maryellen,
Have a look at these links. You may find them helpful. Cats, both feral and domestic, are a massive problem in Australia.
