These were photographed at Brazos Bend State Park yesterday. The Park is 30 miles SW of Houston, Texas.
This is the black bird - I was thinking female common grackle, but it doesn't really match Sibley's or NatGeo books. So, maybe Brewer's Blackbird?
CLOSED: Three Unknowns - 2 maybe warblers and black bird

2 American Pipit
3 Myrtle Warbler (formerly Yellow-rumped Warbler)

Oh gosh. I was way off and I really should have known the butter butt. I see them all the time. This just didn't look the same as what I usually see.
