CLOSED: What Hawk?

Went looking for a Red-tail that may be a Krider's and found several weird looking hawks including this one. Looks like a cross between a Red-tail and a Red-shouldered. What the heck is it?

I think this is the same bird. Same spot and taken the first time that I drove by. May not be but the spots on the leg feathers are the same and the white on the back is the same.

OK, I answered my own question by looking up immature Red-tailed Hawks on the internet. Didn't know they could have a banded tail like that. So immature Red-tail right?
