Horrible photo I know - but the image seems to be an american wigeon to me. Comparing it's size to the blue wing teal right in front of it, the size is right. Also the black tip on the beak, white crown and so on.
What do you guys think?
Oh sorry, I took this photo in central Florida in early December and there were a few of them on the lake.

It looks to be a male wigeon to me from what I can see. The white on the head says wigeon.

Also a Gadwall (front right) and an American Coot (front left) as well as the Blue-winged Teals
