Which Hawk?

Probably just a red-tail but it caught my attention because it was so long and slender and because it has a rounded tail. Could be red-shouldered but its breast is very white with a belly band. It was very far away and in the shade.

I looked away to check for the Peregrine Falcon that had been seen on the monument. It was there. I took some impossible pics of it and then turned back to this bird. I'm mentioning that b/c it's possible that this is a different bird, but I don't think so.
