Hello,
Here is a pic of my old chocolate Lab. He is the most loyal one I have had, I do believe. He is by my side every minute that I am in the yard. His name is Houdini the trick dog but aka Hootie Bear is what he goes by lol. He is very stiff but still does his commands and fetchs, just slowly.
I purchased my first Lab when I was only 18. His name was Duke of course. We then had Bear a yellow Lab and Max and Ranger blacks, that were both good dogs. Being middle aged now I have fond memories of several pets. Beagles, a bassett hound, rabbits, lots of cats, a goat and fish. They all needed my maternal nurturing.
