CLOSED: Downy Woodpecker

I'd posted earlier a not so good picture of the other woodpecker I have at my feeders. This one should help verify if it's the Downy Woodpecker.

I would say yes to Downy b/c the bill looks pretty small. Also there seem to be faint black spots on the outer white tail feathers. A friend of mine told me to look for that to help distinguish Downy from Hairy Woodpeckers. Nice shot.
