CLOSED: White-throated Sparrow?

Also saw this in Houston on Wednesday, Dec 21. It was late in the evening and I had a very high ISO, so the noise reduction took out all of the feather detail, but I think it is a White-throated Sparrow? There is a little yellow leaf between camera and the top of his head between eye and beak, so that doesn't help.
