I posted on the Butterfly forum but haven't gotten any responses yet--"WHAT is going on with the cats!" If anyone can read that and let me know what to do, I'd really appreciate it. If I need to protect the one or two chrysalis we have in the backyard, I could snip the branches they are on and take care of them. But I have no idea if I should or what they need--type of environment, etc. Or should I just leave them alone? Don't know if they survive cold weather... Thanks for any help! Janet
Hey, butterfly experts!
I leave mine alone, it is hard to time them when they come out. It is true that we have had a lot of late caterpillars lately, but I think your area doesn't get too cold anyway.
Josephine.
Thanks, Josephine. I'll just keep an eye on it.
