Please help me differentiate b/w the two. Which one is this one please.
Cooper vs Sharp-Shinned?
Looks more like a Sharp-shin - all the tail feathers are the same length. On Cooper's, the outer tail feathers are distinctly shorter; it also has stouter legs (visibly thin ["sharp"] in the last pic).
