HELP!!! (NEED IDEAS FOR A TOASTMASTERS SPEECH)

HELP! I have to give a speech this wednesday to my toastmasters group. Toastmasters is a group dedicated to helping people learn to speak in public. My project is #8/10, "Visual Aids". I have to give a 5-7 minute long speech about something. I was going to do the speech on monsanto and they're being sneaky, but that'd be better for a longer project.

What I need from you, if you choose to accept this mission, is an idea or two with a point or premise, along with ideas for visual aids to correspond with.

SFC - take some visual aids from your garden, and spend 5-7 minutes on the virtues of growing your own food. You might even be able to sneak in wanting GMOs to be listed on labels.

I've already done four speeches on 'why you should grow stuff', covering different aspects (health, relationships, knowing your food source, etc), but will do something on the gmo's - thanks.
