This was taken at Kennebunk Plains in Southern ME in the spring of 2009. Not a great photo, unfortunately.

Fairly sure it's a Vesper Sparrow, but can't completely rule out Savannah Sparrow

Thanks again, Resin. I have some other angles, but the quality of the photos isn't great. It does show the stripes on the head as more white than cream colored, so that seems like a Vesper. Kennebunk Plains is known for Vesper sparrows also.
