can I grow/start Anemone Blanda bulbs in a container inside?

Hello all,

I have some Anemone Blanda bulb's that I want to plant in a container inside.I know when planting them they have to be soaked for 48 hrs. and they are put in the ground in the fall and are early spring bloomers.

Can these bulbs be grown/started in a container inside? If so when do I plant them and what do they require as far as temp, water and light?
