here's the scoop... every yr i make a nice sugar free cheese cake... and every yr DH stocks up on cookies from the local bakery ... and i end up eating the whole cheese cake myself.
so -- i was rummaging thru the cabinets... here is what i have
pie crust
cream cheese [lots of it]
s/f pudding
whipping cream
I am not the most creative in the kitchen....
what sort of pie could I make?
I know the pudding and cream cheese would be too thick on their own...
adding some whipped cream would certainly fluff it up a bit...
any ideas on amounts to make some sort of pie?
