Does anyone have a Thunbergia Battiscombei,Passiflora Elizabeth, Passiflora Nephrodes, or Ipomoea Andersonii that you would like to trade cuttings or maybe even plants for something I have. I can take cuttings from my Red Bleeding Heart or a few of the other vines I have. I would rather trade for the above plants/cuttings than to buy them from Logee's because I always get better plants that way. I love looking at Loggee's book but find that when I order from them, I am always disappointed with the size of the plant that they send.

I have Nephrodes....unfortunately it's to small to get a cutting from. However, if you can't find it anywhere else I will make a cutting for you when it's a larger plant. Stay in touch.

I just checked my Thun. Bat. cuttings and they are rotting. If you want me to send you some fresh cuttings, I can do that, but I don't think I'll have time to mess with starting more of them right now. Maybe in the spring I can give it another shot. Let me know if you want me to send.

Hey, Brugie, have you tried rooting leaf cuttings off you T. bat.? I have a T. grandiflora that I got from someone who'd rooted it that way---she said stem cuttings didn't take well for her, but the leaves did great. I plan to try it as soon as I get everything settled for the winter.
I'll give leaf cuttings a shot. This plant is so pretty I'd like to be able to share it.
