Product to self clean dogs teeth..anyone use this?

Have seen the ad, local TV will do a consumer survey on it this week.
Cannot remember the name., but supposed to work in 3 weeks..I am skeptical...but.... Impossible to brush dogs' teeth and really don't like them having anesthetic for dental cleaning.
Is this an answer to the problen?
