Please help me out.
Looking for ideas for our Christmas brunch buffet for our church that I volunteered to head up(what was I thinking??? LOL)
It's going to be pot luck but I am going to have people sign up for categories
I figure on some kind of egg casserole, hash browns or scalloped potatoes, french toast casserole, some kind of breakfast meat(bacon or sausage), bagels
but what about the "lunch" part of "brunch"? carving stations??? turkey/ham and what????
