Pod are you serious it is 67f here this morning they been threatening with that cold front for us but everytime it gets to us it has changed into a warm or stable front.whatever my fall crops are just loving it .It really helps with our vow to eat a leafy green veggy every day,,

Rowlett, TX(Zone 8a)

Got 1" of very badly needed rainfall in Rowlett last night. But friends less than 15 miles away in Garland got just a sprinkle. The Weather Gods are fickle indeed.

They have raised it from 31° to 34° for Thursday nite here. Glad of that...

Light sprinkles of rain here so far. We will take it and be grateful!

Grits ~ did you feel anything from the earthquake that hit central Oklahoma?

Talihina, OK

Couple of things we did not feel anything from the quake but the dog did she insisted that something was happening LOL next we had 4-1/4" of rain yesterday, The other is that in Prague where the quake was there is a kinda famous Cathedral I have been wanted to photograph it but keep putting it off so I need to get my sorry but over there and do this before something happens ,I have never seen this place but have read quite a bit about it..

Deep East Texas, TX(Zone 8a)

Was the Cathedral harmed from the earthquake? If not, you better get in gear... LOL I would like to see photos too.

Congrats on that much rain. We managed one and four tenths inches and consider ourselves rewarded. The measured rainfall in this area was varied.

Although the burn ban has not been lifted, surrounding counties are now allowing charcoal grill use.
