Tamale Recipe Needed

Does any one have a good easy tamale recipe using the refrigerated Margarita yellow corn masa that comes in the meat dept sect of the grocery store?

We are going to make Pork tamales in the next day or two and it does not have any directions on the bag. I have not located their website.

I may just have to go back and get a bag of MaseCa instant Masa mix as that is what most of the recipes call for.

Any discussion on using the whipped lard vs. vegetable oil?
