Every year since I've lived here...20 +, I've had swallows, they hung around and at night I could watch them in the back field, or they'd fly around my head in the evening when I was in the yard. This year they never showed up...any ideas why?
Mom missed them too.

I have been getting the violet-green Swallows for the last few years, saw they fly over another part of town. But they did not come my garden.
