New Pup is very noise shy, any suggestions?

Some of you know we got our new pups this weekend. The male (on left) is very afraid of any kind of noise. Anyone dealing/dealt with this? I've never had dogs that were afraid of noises and I'm concerned about what kind of dog he'll grow into.

Any hands on advice is appreciated!
